RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on DIEMME no later than 14 days from the delivery date of the order. It is not possible to return customized or customized products.

The return is free only if the order amount is greater than € 100.00. If the return is only partial, the return is free only if the amount of the residual products that the customer keeps for himself is greater than € 100.00. If the products returned free of charge do not meet the conditions indicated below, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost.

DIEMME will only accept the return of the products according to the RETURN PROCEDURE indicated below.

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
  • The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • Each garment or shoe must be returned with all labels and tags attached, including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories, as well as items that require dedicated packaging, must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way and/or altered or used as the sole outer packaging.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the garments show signs of use.

Returns must preferably be sent inside the DIEMME pack received with the order, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. If this is not possible, a strong neutral box should be used to ensure the items arrive intact. If the items are damaged, the return cannot be accepted.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by DIEMME, the customer must promptly notify via email to the address [email protected].

DIEMME reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouses.

In any case:

  • Returns authorized by DIEMME must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
  • Returns must be sent to the address indicated in the authorization and return confirmation email.
  • DIEMME reserves the right not to accept returns sent by courier if the delivery entails additional costs for DIEMME or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
  • DIEMME also reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or in any case do not comply with all the foreseen conditions.

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The products will be returned only through the following procedure:

  • access your DIEMME account;
  • visit the "Order history and details" section;
  • choose the order for which you wish to request a return;
  • select one or more products to be returned and start the return procedure (in the case of defective products, a photo of the product can be sent).

Once the term of 14 days from delivery has expired, as indicated in the RETURN CONDITIONS, the function will no longer be available.

Before sending the product to be returned, the user must wait for confirmation of the return request from the DIEMME staff.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the package, after having examined the integrity of the items and the verification of the return conditions, DIEMME will proceed to issue the refund.

DIEMME reserves a period of 7 (seven) working days before the refund is made, which will take place through the same payment method with which the order was placed.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

  • For customers who paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account, in the customer's name, to be indicated to the DIEMME Staff by writing to [email protected]
  • For Customers who paid by credit card, depending on the bank circuit of the card, it may take from 5 to 10 working days to be able to view the refund in their account statement (the timing does not depend in any way on DIEMME).
  • For customers who have paid on delivery (cash on delivery), the refund will be made by bank transfer to a current account, in the customer's name, to be indicated to the DIEMME Staff by writing to [email protected].

CHANGES

There is no specific procedure for the exchange of goods. Therefore, the delivered product will be returned, according to the conditions and procedure indicated above, and only then can a new order be placed.
